If we assume that any competent architect can design a building that is technically sound, meets the budget, and is delivered on time, what criteria distinguishes us from our competition? It can only be our commitment to, in some way, elevate the level of architectural response.

Each project brings its own set of circumstances that require a unique response from us. Our firm is not about developing a signature style. Instead, we acknowledge the diversity of our clients, their aspirations, and their associated building types. We couple this understanding with a focused response to issues such as site and program, project budget, climatic response, image, and appropriateness to the larger physical context.

It's essential to maintain this manner of response during construction. We take pride in our ability to transform design intentions into built reality. This transformation requires that our documentation be clear and concise, that decisions are made and directives given at the appropriate times, and that we assume a leadership role in the exchange and flow of information.
